For Halloween this year, a 7-year-old kid in Texas named Liam Roybal decided to go as RON WASHINGTON . . . the BALD coach of the Texas Rangers. And Liam went ALL OUT. His parents even let him shave the top of his head so he'd look bald.
--The costume was so good, a local news station did a story on it, and it got Liam invited to last night's World Series game in Arlington.
